"See, I have called by name Bezalel... and I have filled him
with the Spirit of God, with skill, with intelligence,
with knowledge, and with all craftsmanship."

Why we exist
Bezalel was the first person in Scripture described as filled with
the Spirit of God — and he was an artist. We believe creative gifts
are given by the Creator, and that talent deserves management
that treats it as sacred, not just sellable.
How we work
Integrity over income
We will walk away from money before
we walk away from what is right.
Honest Numbers
Every pound is accounted for and visible to the artist it belongs to.
People before product
Health, family and faith come before
any booking. Always.
What we will never do
• Take a deal that requires an artist to compromise their convictions
• Sign someone we don't genuinely believe in, just for the fee
• Hide costs, inflate expenses, or delay paying what an artist is owed
• Let an artist stay out of obligation — our terms end freely unless both choose more
• Trash-talk other managers or artists to win business
Excellence as worship
Late replies, sloppy contracts andhalf-effort are not in our nature.
Truth in love
We tell our artists the truth about
their work. Flattery is not management.
Rest is built in
A career built on exhaustion is not
a career we want credit for.
Our promise to each other
Bezalel is built by two people who are married first
and business partners second. No client, deal, or pound
is worth more than our home.
